      1. Membership & Access
      • Membership is personal and non-transferable.
      • Members must present their access card at reception for entry.
      • Guests are only allowed with prior approval from management and payment of guest fees.


      2. Gym Etiquette
      • Proper gym attire and sports shoes are mandatory.
      • Always use a towel on machines and wipe equipment after use.
      • Do not drop or slam weights unnecessarily.
      • Return all equipment to its designated place after use.


      3. Safety & Conduct
      • Follow trainer and staff instructions at all times.
      • Do not attempt exercises or use machines beyond your knowledge or ability without guidance.
      • Any form of abusive language, harassment, or disrespectful behavior will result in membership cancellation.
      • No food or outside drinks (except water) are allowed inside the gym.


      4. Group Classes & Training
      • Free classes will only be conducted as per the approved class schedule.
      • A minimum of 5 members is required for any class to run.
      • If 10 or more members submit a request for a special class, 365 Fitness may schedule it upon management approval.
      • Zumba, Yoga, TRX, Aerobics, Trampoline Jumping, Functional Step, and other special fitness programs are paid classes.
      • Personal training is only permitted with 365 Fitness certified trainers.
      • Free or private group classes are not allowed unless officially organized by the gym.


      5. Health & Hygiene
      • Members must inform staff of any medical conditions that may affect training.
      • Smoking, alcohol, or drugs are strictly prohibited.
      • Maintain personal hygiene and use deodorant when working out.


      6. Facilities Usage
      • Lockers are available for daily use only; items left overnight may be removed.
      • The gym is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
      • Sauna/steam/shower facilities must be used responsibly and within time limits.


      7. Sauna & Steam Rules
      • Maximum usage time is 15–20 minutes per session.
      • Always shower before entering the sauna or steam room.
      • Appropriate swimwear or gym towel is required.
      • Do not pour water, oils, or substances on heating elements.
      • Members with heart conditions, high/low blood pressure, or other medical concerns must consult a doctor before use.
      • No shaving, grooming, eating, or exercising inside sauna/steam rooms.
      • Keep noise levels low to respect others’ relaxation.
      • Children under 16 are not allowed.


      8. Payments & Cancellations
      • Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
      • Any cancellation or freeze requests must follow the gym’s official policy.
      • Members with overdue payments will have their access suspended until dues are cleared.


      9. Violations & Penalties
      • First violation: Verbal warning.
      • Second violation: Written warning.
      • Third violation: Membership suspension or termination without refund.


      10. Complaints & Feedback
      • Members are encouraged to share complaints or feedback regarding facilities, staff, or trainer behavior directly with Gym Reception or Management Office.
      • Complaints must be submitted in writing (email or complaint form) with details of the incident (date, time, and description).
      • Anonymous or verbal complaints will not be officially registered.
      • All complaints will be reviewed by management, and necessary action will be taken as per gym policy.
      • Any misuse of the complaint system (false claims or personal attacks) may result in disciplinary action.


      11. Freelance Trainers & Third-Party Classes
      • Freelance or outside trainers are not permitted to conduct personal or group training sessions inside the gym.
      • Members are not allowed to organize or lead their own group classes.
      • Online/third-party video classes (including Zumba, Yoga, or other fitness videos) are not allowed inside the gym or studio unless officially arranged by 365 Fitness.
      • Only 365 Fitness-approved trainers and scheduled classes are permitted.
      • Violation of this rule may result in immediate suspension or cancellation of membership.


      12. Membership Transfer Policy
      • Membership is strictly personal and non-transferable under normal conditions.
      • Transfer to an immediate family member is only allowed in exceptional cases, such as:
      • Serious accident
      • Medical conditions where a doctor’s written advice recommends stopping gym activity
      • Valid documentation (doctor’s note and proof of relation) must be submitted to Gym Management for approval.
      • Final decision rests with 365 Fitness Management.


      13. Personal Trainer Change Requests
      • Members may request a change of personal trainer if they are not satisfied with the assigned trainer.
      • All requests must be submitted in writing to Gym Management with a valid reason.
      • Management will review the request and, if approved, assign another available certified trainer.
      • Trainer change is subject to trainer availability and cannot be guaranteed immediately.
      • Misuse of this policy (e.g., repeated changes without valid reasons) may result in refusal of further requests.


      13. Free Personal Training Session
      • Each new member is entitled to one (1) free personal training session only.
      • The session must be scheduled in advance with a 365 Fitness certified trainer.
      • Additional personal training sessions are available only through paid packages.
      • Free sessions cannot be transferred, exchanged, or repeated.


      14. Prohibited Payments
      • Members are strictly prohibited from making any direct or “under the table” payments to trainers, coaches, or staff for services.
      • All payments for personal training, special classes, or services must be made directly through 365 Fitness Gym reception or official payment channels.
      • Any member found violating this rule will face immediate suspension or termination of membership without refund.
      • Any trainer or staff member found accepting such payments will face disciplinary action, including termination of employment.


      15. Games & Recreational Activities
      • All types of games and recreational activities (e.g., table tennis, billiards, board games, or other leisure games provided by the gym) are not free.
      • Usage requires separate booking and payment at the reception.
      • Access without payment will be considered a violation of gym rules and may lead to penalties.


      16. Seating & Waiting Area Usage
      • The gym seating and waiting area is for short-term use only.
      • Maximum allowed time is 1 hour per member.
      • Sleeping, reserving seats, or extended sitting without gym activity is not allowed.
      • Management reserves the right to request members to vacate seats if required.


      17. Tabby & Tamara Payments
      • Members may use Tabby or Tamara installment/payment services.
      • An extra service fee will be charged as per Tabby or Tamara’s official rates.
      • The gym is not responsible for delays, penalties, or issues arising from third-party payment providers.
      • All payment agreements remain the responsibility of the member.


      18. Registration After Payment
      • After completing payment, members must complete their registration within 7 days.
      • Registration can be done in person at the gym reception or online by sending a clear photo and mobile number to the gym’s official contact.
      • Failure to register within the given time may cause delays in membership activation.


      19. Personal Gear Requirement
      • As per Dubai Municipality regulations, members must bring their own boxing gloves, gym mat, and personal towel.
      • Entry to the gym is not allowed without a personal towel.
      • Members are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of their own gear.
      • Sharing of personal gear between members is strictly discouraged for health and safety reasons.


      20. CCTV & Surveillance
      • For the safety and security of all members, CCTV cameras are installed throughout the gym.
      • All activities, including gym areas, entrances, and studios, may be monitored and recorded.
      • Recordings are used strictly for security, safety, and management purposes.
      • Members are expected to follow all gym rules while under surveillance.
      • Tampering with or attempting to disable CCTV cameras is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate membership termination.


      21. Female-Only Gym Area
      • The female-only gym area is monitored by staff but does not have CCTV cameras to respect privacy.
      • Members must follow all gym rules and safety guidelines even without CCTV surveillance.
      • Any incidents or issues must be reported directly to gym staff immediately.


      22. Discounts & Special Offers
      • All special discounts and offers are time-limited and valid only for the specified period.
      • Members cannot claim previous discounts or offers after the promotion has ended.
      • Any disputes regarding expired offers will not be entertained, and members should not argue with staff regarding past promotions.
      • Current and active promotions will be clearly communicated by the gym staff.


      23. Gatherings in Reception or Seating Area
      • Members are not allowed to gather in the reception or seating area for extended periods or to discuss personal issues.
      • Any discussions, complaints, or disputes must be handled privately with gym staff or management.
      • Blocking or overcrowding the reception or seating area may result in a warning or restriction of access.
      • Members must maintain a respectful and orderly environment at all times.


      24. Special Free Classes
      • Any special free class scheduled during the week requires a minimum of 10 members to be confirmed.
      • Requests for special free classes must be submitted in advance to the gym management.
      • Classes with fewer than 10 confirmed members may be canceled or rescheduled at management’s discretion.
      • Management reserves the right to approve or decline special free class requests based on availability and resources.


      25. Free Pass for Friends or Guests
      • Members cannot give free passes to friends or guests to use the gym.
      • All guests must be registered at the reception and pay the official guest fee.
      • Unauthorized access by friends or guests is considered a violation of gym rules and may lead to membership suspension or termination.
      • Any exceptions must be pre-approved by 365 Fitness Management.


      26. Damage to Equipment or Property
      • Members must use all gym equipment and facilities responsibly and carefully.
      • Any damage caused intentionally or due to negligence will be the responsibility of the member.
      • Members may be charged for repair or replacement costs for damaged equipment or property.
      • Repeated or serious damage may result in membership suspension or termination.
      • Members must report any malfunctioning or broken equipment to staff immediately.

    ⚠️ The management reserves the right to amend regulations at any time for safety and operational reasons.
